Our firm was founded in 2002 by William (Bill) Friedman, a senior member of the Ontario bar.

After more than two decades as a partner and practitioner with large Bay Street firms, Bill saw the need for a different type of legal practice: one that prioritizes clients over billables, and quality service over frills.
